What is the typical legal process like?
Understandably, we all want to know what to expect. The problem is that no legal process is “typical”. While proceedings can be similar and case lengths can have a limited range in some instances, every single case is different.

My areas of practice are Contract Law, Real Estate Law, Estate Planning, Family Law, and Short-Sales.

Do all cases go to trial?
No. Many times, for a variety of reasons, including the uncertainty of a jury's trial verdict. The trial can be avoided through an amicable settlement; however, it varies from case to case.
